This power-packed interval running class will push you to increase your speed and up your incline for intervals ranging from 20 seconds to one minute followed by a well-deserved recovery. This type of training will blast calories during your workout and continues burning calories up to four hours after your workout is complete.

Not a runner? Not a problem. This 30 minute beginner treadmill workout will build your endurance while you move through walking and jogging intervals. Nothing too fast, we promise!
